When will I receive my serial number?
Solution:
Usually you will receive your serial number very quickly (within minutes for normal, non-upgrade orders).
Sometimes, due to circumstance out of our control, it may take up to three days (usually for upgrades or educational orders where we need to get or verify additional information).
Also, please check your email spam folder, just in case our email to you is there! This is the most common answer when somebody is wondering why they haven't received their serial number yet.
