Issue:

I am not able to download the software using the link I was sent.

Solution:

• Try copy/pasting the link into the browser window (rather than typing it in)
• If that fails, see if the installer link is posted on this page: https://old.fontlab.com/contact-and-support/product-support/updates-and-upgrades/
• If that does not have a working link for the app you need, create a support ticket  (Please include your serial number with the support ticket request)
